About me
Hello, I’m Caelin.
I love to be creative. I love designing, writing, and playing guitar. I love watching something appear where there was nothing there before. I get to create for a living; it’s a pretty good gig.
I attended the Art Institute of Seattle and received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 2006. After spending 8 years studying and working in the design field in Seattle, I came back to my hometown of Atlanta.
I’m well versed in a variety of areas of graphic design—from logos and advertising, to websites and banner ads—and am proficient in many design programs from Photoshop to WordPress. I’ve worked both in-house and at agencies, and am comfortable working large scale or small.
I can also write copy—and maybe even throw a few vampire stories into the mix, if that’s your thing. I was raised by English teachers and taught at an early age how literature and creativity can help one understand those around us. I’ve used this background in writing to imagine the vision of my clients and their demographics, then applied this to create designs that reflect the client’s style.
When I’m not designing, I enjoy reading, writing silly horror stories, learning the IT side of computers, playing guitar, and being slobbered on by my dog.
